ShapeHero Factory Early Access is a game combining factory simulation, roguelike, and tower defense. Players create different shapes onto a long blank scroll in the basement of a hero forge to battle against the Great Calamity. The wicked beings were trapped inside the magical Book of Magic. In ShapeHero Factory, players defend their gates against endless waves of enemies coming toward them using tower defense mechanics.
Players control hero manufacturing in their factory to halt enemies through mass production. Since heroes are autonomous, players only affect the game through factory management and upgrades. Waves of enemies become more besieging, allowing players to set up artifacts for better defenses and compost outputs. The rogue-lite aspects are further layered: every battle outcome allows access to new artifacts or upgrades. This means carefully balancing sticking with your plan versus rolling with the punches to emerge victorious.
