Beanrise Overview

In Beanrise, you’ll meet Nina, a young girl who lives in the quiet, tucked-away town of Byllis. In search of entertainment, Nina stumbles across some old VHS tapes left to her by her deceased father, Justin. While watching these tapes, you are transported back through the game, to experience life as Justin leading up to the current lockdown.

As Justin, you investigate mysteries and jaw-dropping events from before Byllis emerged from an earlier lockdown. As Nina views the tapes, she learns in slow-motion why the community is in lockdown in the present day and finds out how her father’s past is linked to the hidden problems in the small town.

Beanrise is half first-person action, half puzzle game. You’ll investigate the mysteries in two connected time periods. What really happened in the past, and will help Nina find the key to her future.
